Great silhouette photos were created when low lighting made photographing the subjects challenging.

Both of these photos were taken on the night of April 20th while on a story assignment with reporter Kathy Hanks to the Hutchinson Moose Lodge dance. Upon entering the building, the first thing I noticed was the lights turned down low, presenting a challenge for focusing a camera and getting photos of our story subject Gene McKee. However, the lighting also made for sihouetted couples as they danced, passing by the band playing on the lighted stage.
